How it works

Sending a watch off can feel daunting. Here’s exactly how it goes — designed so your watch is tracked and in expert hands at every step.

  1. 1

    Ask for a free quote

Tell me the watch and what’s wrong, and add a photo or two. No payment, no obligation — I’ll reply within 1 business day.

  2. 2

    I send an estimate

You get an indicative quote from your photos, with no obligation. If you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll tell you how to post it in.

  3. 3

    Send it in — safely

I’ll send you a simple safe-packing guide, or you can drop it to one of my partner jewellers. Post it by tracked post so you can follow it the whole way.

  4. 4

    I confirm & inspect

I’ll message you the moment it arrives, inspect it properly, and confirm the final price. No work begins until you approve it — and if you’d rather not go ahead, I’ll post it straight back (you just cover the return postage).

  5. 5

    Track the progress

Follow your repair any time with your ticket number, and I’ll keep you posted along the way.

  6. 6

    Pay & I return it

Once it’s done you pay online, and I post it back to you by tracked post — backed by a 12-month guarantee.
